• A price range for your rental payment.
• What area and specific town you would like to consider.
• Will you need an apartment that allows pets?
• The date that you would like to move in.

Please also let us know if you have any specific credit issues that we will need to address. Most complexes will consider both your credit and rental history.  Almost all complexes require 2 to 3 times the rent in regards to the applicants income.  They will also need to verify employment.
