We are on the ast sie of the complex. The Marriot construction is on the west side. Walk across the street and enjoy a walk down the Seawall. Minutes from Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier (opening Memorial Day weekend) and much more. Sit outside the front door an enjoy an unobstructed view of Moody Gardens. Perfect for when they have firework displays. The condo has been freshly renovated in 10/11. This unit sleeps 6. Be sure to enjoy the grounds while staying with us at the Maravilla. The Maravilla has beautiful pools, a hot tub, and an exercise room. We also have a laundry room on site for guest to use as well.
Please note this is a non-smoking room. You are required to follow the Maravilla HOA Guest Rules and all owner rules.
